What oats do you love?
Oats are super foods! Packed with vitamins and minerals as well as antioxidants. They are excellent for gut health with high Fibre: Contains soluble fibre (beta-glucan), which supports heart health and regulates blood sugar. As well as Protein: Provides about 5g of plant protein per serving.

We sell 3 types of organic Australian Oats….

🥣 Steel Cut
These are the most nutritious option, cut oats but not rolled, they retain more of the natural grain structure compared to rolled or instant oats.

🥣 Stabilised Tender
These are oat groats that have been gently steam-heated and rolled flat, ensuring a softer, creamier texture, but still holding onto good nutrition and fibre.

🥣 Quick Oats
These oats that have been pre-cooked, steamed, and rolled even thinner than traditional oats. This processing allows them to cook much faster, yielding a soft, creamy texture but they don’t keep as much of the nutritional benefits as the less processed oats.
