The crew at Red Centre BMX have been hard at work putting together this year's Territory Championships! Now is the time make your travel plans, because you won't want to miss the week full of racing they're putting on from September 21-24 before the Championships get underway on Friday the 25th!

Entries are open now and the Tech Guide and full schedule are being uploaded to the event listing as we speak. Fire up the group chat, keep your buzz from BMX Worlds going and get to the Red Centre in September!

Are you in Mpartnwe / Alice Springs and interested in track cycling? Well this school holidays, join us at the Alice Springs Cycling Club Velodrome for a Track Cycling Development Program!

Track bikes will be provided for all participants who require them by the Alice Springs Cycling Club.

This program has been designed to be appropriate for kids of all abilities who can already ride a bike, even if they don't already have a track bike or have never ridden on the track! Anyone who has experience on the track should enter the Intermediate group and anyone who has never ridden on the track should enter the Beginner group.

Don’t forget to get down to the track this arvo. Even if you have never ridden a track bike now’s the best time to try.

Track training is officially back at the velodrome!

Whether you want to build speed and power, sharpen your bike handling skills, or just come down to have some fun and see what track cycling is all about, we would love to see you there.

The Details:

When: Saturday the 30th at 3:30 PM (and every Saturday afternoon during the school term)

Cost: Completely Free

Everyone is welcome. We do have track bikes available to use, but please keep in mind that the smallest sizes we currently have are best suited for kids around Grade 5 and up.

Come down, grab a bike, and give it a go. See you at the track!

Sign up day is finally here!! Thursday May 14th from 5.30pm at the BMX track, Katherine Sportsgrounds.

Let's get back on the track, join us for a free session to get those feet back on the pedals.

Please check your auscycling license is current for existing members. This can be renewed on the night if you want to redeem your sports vouchers!

NT CHAMPS MEET THE MASTERS GAMES

Big news for 2026! We’re hosting the NT Road and MTB Territory Championships as part of the Alice Springs Masters Games. Both CARR - Alice Springs MTB Club and Alice Springs Cycling Club will be hosting some of the best cycling NT has to offer.

Young, old, or anywhere in between—if you’re an NT resident, you’re eligible to race for the championship title in your age group.

Registrations open.

Who’s coming to Alice? Darwin Cycling Club DORC - Darwin Off Road Cyclists
