Don College is situated in a coastal bushland setting, 10 minutes bus ride from the Devonport City Centre. Bordered by Don River to the west, Coles Beach to the North the buildings offer fabulous views to surrounding farmlands and Bass Strait. The unique 1970s (brutalist) architecture provides a combination of large open common spaces, classrooms and smaller nooks and crannies ideal for learning i

n a variety of modes. Recreational facilities include:
Tennis courts
Multipurpose centre (for performances and gymnasium)
Gymnasium
Badminton
Basketball
Rock climbing wall
Running track
The Devonport Walking track provides quick access to Devonport’s Olympic swimming pool, hockey and soccer grounds and nearby beaches. This page is managed by the Don College, Department of Education, Government of Tasmania
