Latrobe Community Health Service provides individual counselling sessions with qualified clinicians from Council’s Youth Information Centres, practical tools to support mental wellbeing and referrals to other local support if needed.

Latrobe Community Health Service can help you if you’re experiencing:
• stress, anxiety and low mood
• school or study pressures
• family or relationship challenges
• anger or struggling with emotional regulation
• feeling overwhelmed.

This year’s theme, “All In”, is a powerful call for everyone in our community to show up, take part, and embrace their own reconciliation journey. Whether you’re just starting out or have been walking this path for a while- this space is for you.

Our Cook & Connect program at Autumn Place Community Hub kicked off with a tasty nasi goreng cook-up! 🍳✨

It was wonderful to come together, cook, chat, and enjoy a shared meal. We still have a few places available, so if you’d like to be part of the next session, please reach out.

We’re pleased to welcome Melbourne City Mission’s Health Care Connections Program to Autumn Place Community Hub.

This program supports people who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness, including those living in:
🔹Rooming houses
🔹Caravan or cabin parks
🔹Rough sleeping
🔹Couch surfing
🔹Crisis or short‑term accommodation

🗓 Available Tuesdays (fortnightly)
⏰ 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
