🐸🧚‍♀️ A BIG THANK YOU TO DOWERIN PLAYGROUP! 🧚‍♀️🐸

The Dowerin CRC would like to say a huge thank you to Dowerin Playgroup 🚜🎨 for an amazing morning of fun, laughter and storytelling as we collaborated on the Better Beginnings program! 💚📚

With our Fairies and Frogs theme, the little ones had a wonderful time enjoying the activities, exploring their imaginations and sharing lots of smiles along the way! 🐸✨🧚‍♀️

A special thank you to Rielle for taking the time to read a story to the children and making the morning extra special. ❤️📖

We love seeing our little ones learning, growing and having fun together, and we’re so grateful to Dowerin Playgroup for working alongside the CRC to support early literacy and a love of reading in our community.

Thank you for such a magical morning! 🌿💚

Local Sporting Stars Volunteer Recognition Program

Volunteers are the heartbeat of any community sporting organisation, with Local Sporting Stars celebrates the vital role volunteers play in keeping community sport thriving across our State and encourages more people to get involved.

The program recognises a broad range of volunteer contributions including youth leadership, inclusive participation, innovation, long-standing service, and all-round support within clubs and sporting communities.

The overall winner will be announced at the 2026 WA Day Festival and receive a personal prize of $1,000, along with $2,500 in funding for their sporting club, helping deliver further benefits at the grassroots level.
