On Saturday, the Eaglehawk Neck Fire Brigade held its Christmas barbecue. It is always a highlight having members, their families, and the community gather around and catch up. It was also the perfect opportunity to acknowledge the exemplary service and dedication of one of its long-standing members, Charlie Holmstrom. Charlie has been an invaluable member of the EHN Brigade since 1989, providing integral support in numerous campaigns and call-outs of varying degrees. Charlie has mentored many members with his naturally calm and professional approach, which we can all agree has contributed significantly to fostering a safe and successful environment. Thank you, Charlie, for your service and dedication to your community.
