Helping Minds’ Healthy Horizons school holiday program is coming to East Fremantle on Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 October.
This free, two-day program gives young people aged 7 to 12 a safe and supportive space to connect with others, build confidence and develop practical skills to support their emotional wellbeing.

Helping Minds’ Healthy Horizons school holiday program is coming to East Fremantle on 7 & 8 October.
This free two-day program gives young people aged 7–12 a safe and supportive space to connect with others, build confidence and develop practical skills to support their emotional wellbeing.
Through fun therapeutic group activities, young people will explore resilience, emotional regulation, social skills, healthy self-expression, positive coping strategies and building a sense of belonging.
The program also includes a supported excursion to Boola Bardip Museum, giving participants the opportunity to practice social skills, build independence and confidence, strengthen peer connections and put their new skills into practice in a real-world setting.
