To support timely and efficient processing of skills assessment applications, VETASSESS may finalise Professional applications with a Not Suitable outcome where requested documents are not provided within the specified timeframes.

VETASSESS is committed to providing applicants with multiple opportunities to submit any outstanding documentation before a skills assessment is finalised.

Our processes are designed to ensure applicants have reasonable opportunities to provide the information required to support their skills assessment, while enabling applications to be processed in a timely manner. Where an applicant remains unresponsive after multiple contact attempts, VETASSESS may finalise the skills assessment based on the information and evidence available at the time of assessment.

We encourage applicants to carefully review all documentation requirements and respond promptly to requests for information. Providing complete and accurate documentation helps ensure assessments can be completed as efficiently as possible.
