🚨 Highway Reopen! 🚨

In exciting news, TMR have announced that they are ahead of schedule and reopening the Palmerston Highway from 8am TOMORROW!! 😍👏💖

So you can now visit us from both directions - and we can’t wait to see you.

Hello everyone! Just wanted to pop in with an update on the road closure information for visiting us here at the Skywalk. First things first, we’re absolutely open and would love to see you for a visit! 🥰 in regards to access, you can definitely get to us from the Innisfail/Cairns direction. As you can see in the picture, the road closure starts after our driveway towards Millaa Millaa. Unfortunately this does mean that you aren’t able to get to us from the Millaa Millaa direction. We are yet to receive an update as to when this will reopen 🥲 So we would very much appreciate your support and visitation if you have the opportunity! We’re here and ready to show you this beautiful part of Mamu country 🥰🌳🦋

🔔🔔🔔 Cyclone Closure Information 🔔🔔🔔

As some of you may have heard, Tropical North Queensland has a tropical north cyclone headed our way.

We are closing early today to allow our team time to prepare their own properties, and for us to prepare the Skywalk. We will close the day of the cyclone for everyone’s safety, and the day after to assess/repair and clean. Then back to business as usual on Friday.

Stay safe and remember if it’s flooded, forget it 🥰

We’re excited to welcome our new addition, this beautiful cassowary (Gumbugam in Mamu language) painted by Mamu artist Art of Melanie Hava ❤️

This is part of the Cassowary Trail, a non-for-profit project to provide awareness and education about these wonderful creatures.

Her name is Beautiful Beatrice, and you can see why! 🥰😍
