Echuca House is a warm and comfortable holiday rental in Echuca on the Murray River, Victoria. The house has:
four large bedrooms
two bathrooms
spacious kitchen, dining and lounge room areas. This house has room for everyone. But there is more:
large outdoor undercover patio with blinds to protect from sun, rain and wind
family sized barbeque
secure backyard
grassed area for play or sitting in the

sunshine

Also with
heaps of off street parking with a carport
PLUS large shed for boats or jetskis. The house boasts:
50" smart TV in lounge room
32" smart TV's in every bedroom
Speaker tower to listen to your tunes
Evaporative ducted airconditioning
and ducted heating for your comfort. Two High Chairs and
Two Porta Cots available

Choose your bedding configuration from:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - King bed (or 2 singles if preferred)
Bedroom 3 - 2 singles (or King bed if preferred)
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed

With quality linen, doonas, and pillows provided along with towels, bath mats, hand towels and face washers and beautiful hand made all natural guest soaps, there is nothing to do but move on in! You will also be provided with tea, coffee, milk, dishwasher tabs, laundry powder, olive oil and paper towel for the barbie, glad wrap, foil, garbage bags, and salt and pepper. Echuca House is centrally located and walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants as well as bus and train stations. Viewings by appointment. The cost that has been set for Echuca House is:
Sunday-Thursday - $185.00 per night
Fri-Saturday - $210.00 per night

All public holiday weekends, school holidays and Echuca/Moama festival or specialty weekends will be at a rate of $230.00 per night. The above rates are for up to 2 persons based on using one bedroom. All further persons will be $40.00 each per night. Please feel free to email us to request a quote for your particular dates. It is with great regret and a very heavy heart that we have had to close Echuca House due to COVID-19. We have agonised on the decision and feel in order for us to maintain and ensure community health, our families health and to maintain safe distancing in an effort to curb possible cross contamination as well as maintain ownership of Echuca House that this is the safest option. We hope that we will gain someone who will love our house nearly as much as we do for a period of time. We are hoping to review the situation in September. We thank all of our family and friends, our contractors, our supporters and each and every person who has ever stayed at and loved our home. On the upside, should we be able to reopen in the future we will have a humdinger of an opening. Thanks all xx

Excellent
Our Family had a lovely stay in this charming house that has been fitted out to a high standard . Easy walking distance to town and with a lovely easy secure yard for both toddlers and our pet. Our Hosts were generous in making sure our Christmas there was a Happy experience by erecting a Christmas tree and little treasures around the house . Generous , comfy beds along with high chairs and cots for our Grandchildren. The cooling was really appreciated as we had picked such a hot week to visit ! I would highly recommend this home . Thank you to our very accommodating hosts for making it available.

Echuca House celebrated a Grand Opening last night with a beautiful evening of house tours, sipping on champagne, nibbling on canapes while listening to the extraordinary sounds of Three's A Crowd.
Many local and Melbourne visitors came to view this new accommodation listing in Echuca.
Echuca House is now officially ready for inspection and enquiries with bookings already hitting the diary.
