Congratulations to our boys and girls touch football teams on their fantastic efforts throughout the PSSA knockout.

Both teams recently played Pambula in two nail-biting matches, coming away with well-earned victories to progress to the next round. A huge thank you to Andrew Michelin for refereeing this match in his own time.

Yesterday, the teams travelled to Jindabyne to take on Jindabyne PS. Both games were incredibly close, with our students demonstrating outstanding skill, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the day.

Despite their best efforts, the boys narrowly went down 5–4 and the girls 4–2 in two highly competitive matches.

We are incredibly proud of how all players represented our school and the way they supported one another both on and off the field.

A huge thank you to the families who helped transport students to and from the games, and to Katrina and Mrs Porter for coaching both teams.

Today, we held another outstanding whole school assembly where stage 1 students showcased their exceptional work on Crocodiles and Emus. Congratulations to all of our award winners and thank you to our wonderful parents, family members and friends who attended to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students at Eden Public School!

Enjoy a sneak peek in to Kindergarten's special visit to the Eden Town Library for National Simultaneous Story Time. Thank you to Cat and Jade at the Eden Library for organising an engaging and memorable excursion for our students. This year's story was 'Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller.'

Today, many of our students, teachers, and parents participated in Walk Safely to School Day. This initiative provides us with the opportunity to practise our ability to be safe when traveling to school and get some morning exercise. It was a huge turnout this year, and we would like to thank the Rusty Plough for their hospitality and support as our starting point for the big walk. Thanks to our teachers and parents who supported and to our students for participating.
