Today we're celebrating Literacy game day! Ms Pilz had the pleasure of joining 3/4M for a vocabulary game called "Odd One Out". The kids had fun deciding which object from a group was the odd one out and described how they chose their answer using vocabulary to categorise things. At the end of the lesson the kids made up their own "odd one out" and had the class guess. What a great way to celebrate Literacy and Numeracy Week.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our NAIDOC Week Closing Assembly Friday 21st August 2026.

Our students proudly showcased their cultural activities, celebrating indigenous heritage and traditions. The day ended with a wonderful Community Afternoon Tea, bringing everyone together to share stories and connect.

We appreciate the community’s support in making these events a meaningful celebration of culture and unity.

What a fantastic day last week at our Book Character Parade! We were amazed by the creativity and effort in every costume on display. A Hugh thank you to all the students, staff, and families who made this event so special. It’s wonderful to see our love of reading brought to life in such colourful and imaginative ways!

Today Eden Public Schools 2026 NAIDOC Celebrations began with a Smoking Ceremony led by Shaquille Aldridge, bringing everyone together to honour and connect to Country. We followed with our opening assembly and a wonderful performance by our K-6 Koori dance group.
