🌟 Another huge week for the Junior Dream Team 🌟
From assessments and life cycle learning to growing seedlings, sports sessions and celebrating some incredible learning growth, the Juniors have been busy little legends this week 💛🌱
The growth in confidence, resilience and teamwork this term has been amazing to watch, and we could not be prouder of our small but mighty tribe!

Our school captain did us so very proud today, running in the division cross country and coming in 17th place. Well done, Hailie! What a tremendous effort!

Today our students put their maths and science skills into action with a game of pool! 🎱

While having fun, students explored concepts like force, angles, direction and prediction — learning how small changes can completely change the outcome of a shot.

Hands-on learning is always a hit when education and fun collide! 👏

From growing seedlings, hosting Cross Country and bringing home the spelling and maths trophies, to cooking tomato rice for the whole school and finishing the week dancing in the Elevator, the Juniors have been busy learning, laughing and thriving 😊🌱🏆

We saw this beauty this morning, and knew it was going to be a great day for our Cluster Cross Country.
Well done to all the students who came and competed, you all showed amazing sportsmanship and resilience!

🌟 Junior Dream Team Takeover 🌟
This week the Juniors took over writing the newsletter while Miss Whitty was away at Maths PD… and let’s just say they had A LOT to say 😂
From Cross Country training and concert practice to germinating seeds, sneaky peeks at challenge answers, and questioning why Miss Whitty returned with no presents, it has been another busy week in the Juniors!
Safe to say the Junior Dream Team kept everyone entertained while also managing to bring home the spelling trophy 🏆🌱

What a huge couple of weeks it has been in the Juniors! From earning marbles in our brand new marble jar, to gardening adventures, Mother’s Day creations, construction chaos, and bringing home BOTH the spelling and maths awards… the Juniors have been busy little learning legends! 🌱🎉
We’ve planted veggies as part of our life cycles inquiry, worked through noisy construction like champions, and filled the classroom with kindness, teamwork and lots of laughs along the way.
Safe to say the Junior Dream Team has been absolutely thriving 💛

💤⭐️ PYJAMA DAY ⭐️💤
Our SRC students are excited to be holding a Pyjama Day Fundraiser on Wednesday, 10th June to support families affected by the Longwood fires. 💛
Students will come to school dressed in their favourite pyjamas for a fun and cosy day, while raising funds to help those in need within our wider community.
We would also like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported last term’s fundraiser. The money raised will be added to this fundraiser so we can make an even bigger contribution to local families doing it tough.
With the help of our students, staff, families, and wider community, we hope to put a smile on someone’s face and make a difference, no matter how big or small.
