Today, Camden Fire Station was proud to officially receive our upgraded fire appliance, enhancing our ability to serve and protect the Camden community.

We were honoured to welcome Sally Quinnell MP, representatives, Zone Management, and members of our crew for the official handover ceremony.

This upgraded appliance represents an important investment in frontline emergency response capabilities, ensuring our firefighters have access to modern equipment to support the diverse needs of our growing community.

A sincere thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project to fruition and to those who joined us to mark this significant milestone.

We look forward to continuing to serve the Camden community with this valuable addition to our station.

Today crew from Camden Fire and Rescue NSW Station 248 were proud to support The Broken Path at their Bunnings Narellan BBQ fundraiser.

The Broken Path provides valuable support to frontline and essential workers and their families, and we were honoured to lend a hand for such a worthwhile cause.

Throughout the day we also had the opportunity to speak with members of our community about home fire safety ahead of Smoke Alarm Action Day tomorrow (1 June). A working smoke alarm can provide the early warning needed to save lives, so tomorrow is the perfect time to Push the Button and test your smoke alarms.

A big thank you to The Broken Path, Bunnings Narellan and everyone who stopped by for a sausage sandwich, a chat and to support a great cause.

A big thank you to Carrington Care for hosting our crew for a lovely morning tea and for the generous support shown to our firefighters and community. ☕❤️🚒

We were honoured to receive a Certificate of Appreciation for our involvement in the Carrington Fair, an event we’re always proud to support alongside the local community.

Carrington Care also kindly donated to the Beat the Burn Foundation, helping support families through difficult times. Your ongoing support, kindness, and community spirit truly means a lot to us.

Thank you again for having us and for everything you do within the Camden community. 👏
