We hope all our AHPS families had a wonderful and relaxing school holiday break! We’re excited to welcome everyone back for another fantastic term. 💙❤️

🎒 Tuesday: Students return – welcome back!
📺 Wednesday: Telethon Lunch + Early Close at 2:30pm
🎤 Friday: N9 & N10 Assembly – 8:50am in the UCA

✨ ONE WEEK TO GO! ✨

We are just one week away from our Annual Telethon Community Lunch! 💛

Students are encouraged to dress up on the day with this year’s theme: “Shine Bright, Brighter Future!” 🌟 Think bright colours, sparkles, glitter and lots of fun! ✨ There will be a prize for the best dressed, so get creative! A gold coin donation is encouraged.

There will be lots of fun activities for our students and families to enjoy throughout the Community Lunch. 🎉 A gold coin donation is needed to participate in the activities, so now is the perfect time for students to start saving their pocket money! 🪙

Food trucks will also be on the oval, so there will be plenty to enjoy! 🌭🍕🍦

We can’t wait to come together as a school community, have some fun and raise as much money as we can for such a special cause. 💛

Hi everyone,

What a way to finish the term! I’ve had another very busy week travelling all around the school and visiting so many different classrooms. My little paws have certainly done some kilometres! 🐾

One of my favourite parts of the week was helping so many kids with their reading. 📚 I listened carefully, helped with some tricky words and, of course, made sure everyone was doing their very best. I think I’m becoming quite the reading expert!

I also had my photo taken this week. 📸 I made sure to show off my best side—although, being as handsome as I am, every side is my best side!

As usual, I managed to find myself in all sorts of crazy places around the school. At this point, I’m not even sure how I get into some of them! Hopefully you had fun trying to spot me on my adventures.
Now it’s time for me to put my paws up and enjoy a well-earned break.

I hope everyone has a fantastic and safe school holidays! Have lots of fun, get plenty of rest, and I’ll see you all next term for even more adventures.

And most importantly…

🏃‍♀️ AHPS Athletics 2026 🏃‍♂️

What a fantastic couple of days of athletics at AHPS!

Last Tuesday, our top qualifying students from Years 1–6 competed in our Jumps, Throws & Middle Distance Day, with some great performances across all events.
We then continued the action last Friday with our 2026 House Athletics Carnival!

There was plenty of house spirit on display, with Bradman, Fraser, Hopman and Freeman cheering each other on throughout the day. Most importantly, it was great to see so many students getting involved, giving their best and supporting their teammates.

A huge congratulations to all students who competed across both days. A special mention to our Champion and Runner-Up Champions on their outstanding achievements, and to Freeman, our 2026 Athletics Carnival winning house! 🏆

A massive thank you to our staff, House Captains, volunteers and families who helped make both days such a success and came along to support our students.

We are incredibly proud of all our students and the way they represented themselves and their houses. Well done, AHPS! 👏
