Puffing Billy Toy Library Inc The Puffing Billy Toy Library is just like a traditional book library, but TOYS are borrowed instead. We have over 900 toys in our collection.

Open Wednesdays 9.30-11am and Sundays 2-3.30pm during the school term at Fernlea Community House, Emerald, Vic.
