Due to the forecasted weather and swimming carnival being cancelled the pool is currently closed for the foreseeable future. I will keep you updated if the pool will open next week but it will depend on water quality after the storm.

To prevent us all out in Weather like this the upcoming Interschool Swimming Carnival has been rescheduled to Thursday 26/03!

- This will not affect the pools normal opening hours. The pool will be open to the public 6-9am and 2-7pm.

- The toddler pool will be closed from 9am-2pm, with the 25m only open to competitors during between those hours.

- As usual there is no glass allowed in the facility (including glass water bottles, coffee cups and containers).

- The kiosk will be open and serving coffee (The good stuff from a machine!), tea, juice, cool drinks, lollies, chips and Ice creams- all ranging between $1-$4 each (Cash and eftpos available). This will be open for all to purchase however swimmers can only purchase juice and water while the carnival is running.

Swim For Fruit 25/03- Cancelled

Please be aware that due to logistics related to the rescheduled swimming carnival Swim For Fruit will be cancelled this week.

This brings Swim For Fruit to an end this summer. Thank you all for your ongoing support and participation. I look forward to bringing the program back next summer!

Good Morning Swimming Community👋🏼

I’m seeking expressions of interest for the virtual Rottnest Channel Swim for next year. The date will be Saturday February 20th 2027.

If I can get numbers for it there will be availability for up to 6 teams to enter. Teams can fall under two categories a) A solo, duo or team of four or b) A team of up to 10 people.

The event will take place from ~6:30am-6pm at the latest. Team members don’t need to be onsite for the entire event however someone must be swimming the entire time.

Registrations won’t start until December 2026 but just looking to find numbers before we go ahead with organising the event😊

If you’re interested please comment below just so I can gage numbers🏊🏼‍♀️

Hello Community,

Some things to note before our upcoming swimming carnivals.

- The carnivals will not affect normal opening times, however the pool will stay open for approximately an hour post carnival if families wish to stay for a swim.

- During the carnival the toddler pool will be closed to the public with no exceptions.

- As usual there is no glass allowed in the facility (including glass water bottles, coffee cups and containers).

- The kiosk will be open and serving coffee, tea, juice, cool drinks, lollies, chips and Ice creams- all ranging between $1-$4 each. This will be open for all to purchase however swimmers can only purchase juice and water while the carnival is running.

- Please ensure everyone is drinking lots of sunscreen and wearing lots of water (a little camp joke- it’s predicted to be 40°C so please come prepared!)

Swim For Fruit is back tomorrow from 3:45pm!

Please note all children under the age of 10 must have a parent/guardian in attendance for the entire duration.

Royal life saving have also asked for photos to be taken of the children using the equipment provided by them so please scan the QR code or sign one of the sheets provided when entering or let Maddie know tomorrow if you’re not okay with photos being taken of your child.
