🐣✨ A Magical Learning Experience at Our Centre! ✨🐣

We are so excited to have Henny Penny Hatching visiting Footprints! 💛

Over the past week, our children have been experiencing the full life cycle of a chicken in the most hands-on way. We’ve been provided with eggs and an incubator, and the children have been eagerly watching and waiting as the chicks hatch.

This beautiful experience encourages patience, curiosity, and empathy while creating unforgettable moments for our little learners.

Veggie Month has begun at Footprints!

This past week our centre had a visit from smoothie bikes, where children could pedal to blend their own fruit and veggie smoothies. 🚲🥬🍓

Moments like these help children:
✔ Learn where food comes from
✔ Try new fruits and vegetables
✔ Build confidence in making healthy choices

Throughout Veggie Month we’ll be exploring gardening, food preparation, and tasting activities across our rooms.

Healthy bodies, curious minds, and lots of fun along the way.

At Footprints ELC, the majority of our team are women. Passionate, dedicated women who bring kindness, patience, knowledge and encouragement into our rooms each day.

From comforting little ones, to inspiring curiosity, to supporting children as they grow and learn - their work has a lasting impact on the families in our community.

On International Women’s Day we say a heartfelt thank you to the amazing educators, leaders and support staff who make our centre such a caring and nurturing place.
