🚧 Road Safety Sign Replacement Works 🚧

Following the January 2026 fire event, damaged and destroyed road safety signs across the affected area will soon be replaced to improve safety for all road users.

Works will be carried out progressively over the coming weeks, with traffic management in place at times while crews work roadside.

If you haven’t yet renewed your pet’s registration, please do so as soon as possible to ensure your pet remains registered.

Reminder - nominations close tomorrow - Sunday 31 May

🌱 Have your say in shaping Ruffy’s recovery journey 🌱
Nominations are now officially open for the Ruffy Community Recovery Committee.

Community members can either self-nominate or nominate someone else they believe would be a valuable voice for the community.

If you’re passionate about your community, have ideas to contribute, or simply want to help make a difference, we encourage you to get involved.

📍 Nomination forms are available via the QR code below, with hard copies also available at the Ruffy Hall.

🤝 Need help completing the form? Support is available through the Recovery Hub, over the phone 0467 553 662, or in person at Ruffy Hall on Tuesdays.

📅 Nominations are now open and close Sunday 31 May, with a community voting process to follow.

🌱 REMINDER: Ruffy Community Recovery Committee nominations close midnight 31 May.

If you or someone you know is passionate about supporting Ruffy’s recovery, now is the time to step forward.

Updated eligibility criteria now allow people from across the Murrindindi border with strong ties to Ruffy to nominate.

Recovery Officers will also be at the Ruffy Thank You Day on Sunday to assist with online or paper nominations.

For more information contact the Recovery Team on 1800 065 993 or complete a nomination via the QR code.
