FUTURE FRONTIERS 🚀
What an incredible day at Future Frontiers — the Frankston Business Chamber’s biggest Business Festival yet!

Held at the Frankston Arts Centre, this one-day Expo brought together 400+ business owners and leaders from across Frankston City and the Mornington Peninsula to connect, collaborate and explore the exciting growth opportunities across our region.

With 80+ exhibitors, four inspiring keynote speakers, expert panel discussions, networking, fresh ideas and practical insights, there was something for everyone — plus fantastic food and prizes! 🎉

Frankston City’s potential is enormous, and throughout the day, experts from across local industries shared insights and ideas about how we can continue driving business growth and unlocking opportunities across our region. 🤩

More than an Expo, Future Frontiers truly captured what the Chamber is all about — creating opportunities for businesses to connect, collaborate, learn and grow.

A huge thank you to everyone who exhibited, presented, attended, supported and helped make this such a memorable and successful event. 🤝

✨️ANOTHER DEFIBRILLATOR FOR FRANKSTON! ❤️

For Rotary Peninsula 2.0 team Saturday was all about 🌭 Bunnings Warehouse Frankston, where we were busy raising funds to help provide another lifesaving defibrillator for our local community.

🎯 The goal? To support Down’s Community Farm at Seaford Wetlands with the funds needed to purchase and install a defibrillator — right near where we hold our annual Fun Run.

💡 Did you know around 156 acute coronary events occur every day in Australia? Heart attacks are responsible for around 1 in 25 deaths, with an average of about 19 Australians dying from a heart attack each day.

Every defibrillator can make a difference when minutes matter. ❤️

👏 And on Wednesday night... that’s another 2,000 William Adams kits done and dusted! A huge thank you to everyone who supported us, including the members of Down’s Community Farm and the Bee Club, who came along on Wednesday night to lend a hand.

This is what community is all about — people coming together to make a real difference locally. 🙌

We love supporting local projects and helping make our community safer and stronger.

Members of Rotary Peninsula 2.0 Richard & Hans met with Deaf Children Australia to discuss future community fundraising initiatives and opportunities to work together in support of Rotary International and our local community.

It was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the incredible work Deaf Children Australia does to support deaf and hard of hearing children and their families, while exploring exciting ways we can collaborate to create meaningful and lasting community impact.

We also had the privilege of touring their beautiful historic Bluestone building on St Kilda Road, a place rich in history and purpose.

We're excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to building a strong partnership with Deaf Children Australia to deliver some inspiring community initiatives together.

A big thank you to Gabriela Giambalvo, Melissa Grenville and Nathan Butler for your time, hospitality, and for sharing your vision with us.

Celebrating 50 years of Radio 3MP! 🎉 📻
It was a pleasure to attend the Radio 3MP 50th Anniversary Celebration & Networking Event with the Frankston Business Chamber at the Frankston Arts Centre.

Since first hitting the airwaves on 22 July 1976, 3MP 1377 AM has been a familiar voice across Melbourne, entertaining generations of listeners with the music they know and love. Reaching this remarkable milestone is a testament to the station's enduring connection with the local community.

The evening brought together long-time listeners, local business owners, community leaders and supporters to celebrate this incredible achievement while making new connections. Over drinks, nibbles and great conversations, we also had the opportunity to learn more about 3MP's rich history and five decades of broadcasting, with some fantastic door prizes adding to the celebrations.

Congratulations to everyone at Radio 3MP on this significant milestone.

Here's to celebrating a wonderful local success story and wishing the team continued success for many more years to come. Radio 3MP 🎉 📻

📚✨ Back to School Night 2026 ✨🎒 It's Okay Not to Be Okay

What a fantastic evening hosted by Georgia from It's Okay Not to Be Okay at the first Pillars Circle event of 2026.

As valued members of the Pillars Circle, we had the opportunity to learn more about the incredible work It's Okay Not to Be Okay is doing to support young people in our community. It was an inspiring evening of connection, learning, and shared purpose, with an exciting look ahead at the organisation's vision for 2026.

We grabbed our seats, sharpened our pencils, and enjoyed a school night unlike any other! 📚✏️💙🧡💚

One of the highlights of the evening was creating our own Backpack for Life—a reminder of the people, places, and activities that help us navigate life's challenges. Our backpacks included:
🎒 Things that make me feel good.
🎒 Things I can do with others that make me feel good.
🎒 People I can talk to.
🎒 Favourite places I can go.
🎒 Something I'm looking forward to or want to achieve.

We all experience tough times, and when we do, it's important to know what can help us and where to turn for support.

A huge thank you to Georgia and the It's Okay Not to Be Okay team for such an engaging, interactive, and informative evening. We look forward to seeing the continued positive impact you'll make in the lives of young people throughout 2026 and beyond.

🚀 The Frankston Business Chamber was delighted to launch the first education workshop in our Learning & Leadership Hub with the inspiring Keree Bradshaw from Believe Leadership Academy.

Empower the Leadership Within reminded us that leadership is for life—not just for business.

Drawing on more than 15 years of experience supporting local businesses, leaders and teams, Keree delivered an engaging, practical and interactive workshop, sharing real-world insights and tools that participants can apply immediately.

Together, we explored:
✅ Authentic leadership and why it matters
✅ Leading with values, mindset and purpose
✅ Building trust, collaboration and meaningful connections
✅ Practical strategies to strengthen leadership confidence
✅ Creating positive, inclusive environments where people thrive
✅ Leading by design rather than by default
✅ Navigating conflict, encouraging innovation and inspiring others

Participants left with greater confidence, practical leadership tools and a fresh perspective on how intentional leadership creates positive impact in business, our communities and our everyday lives.

As Keree shared, "Leadership isn't about titles. It's about how we show up every day, lead ourselves first, and positively influence those around us."

A huge thank you to Keree Bradshaw and Believe Leadership Academy for launching our Learning & Leadership Hub with such an empowering session. We look forward to welcoming members to many more workshops designed to support learning, growth and leadership.
