We have a central location in Playne Street Frankston (near Frankston Library), plus 6 Hangouts within the Frankston municipality. Hangout locations:
Frankston South - Frankston South Community and Recreation Centre, 55 Towerhill Rd. Frankston North - Mahogany Integrated Services Hub, 28 Mahogany Avenue
Seaford - 1/6R Broughton St, Seaford VIC 3198
Karingal - Karingal PLACE Neighbourhood Centre, 1

We run programs and activities for young people aged 12 to 24 who live locally. You can come in and use our computers, watch the TV, play the Switch, watch a movie, listen to music, or whatever. If you want to pop in and have a chat to us about what’s happening in your life, or school we’re happy to be a friendly ear to talk to. The Hangout is free, you can come alone or bring your friends, you can join a group or just drop in whenever you feel like it. We run activities throughout the school term after school and on weekends and on school holidays. We also open some Friday nights for special activities, like us on Facebook to find out what’s on.

Enduring Spirit: Recognising outstanding resilience, determination and courage in overcoming challenges.

Frankston Youth Services' Winter Activities are officially open! These holiday programs book out each break, so get in quick.
Led by experienced youth workers, all programs are safe, inclusive, engaging, and either free or low-cost.

📅 What’s on This Winter:
• Connection & Strength: Self-defence for young females, plus a boys' breakky and beach walk.
• Skills & Adventure: Barista course, sports, a city trip, fishing, and craft.
• NAIDOC Week Special: A cultural weaving workshop hosted with Headspace, led by Carla from Thanampool Art & Culture.

Congratulations to Kade Graham, winner of the PS5 from our Youth Action Plan Surveys!

Thank you to the 993 community members who filled out a survey to provide feedback for our Youth Action Plan - more than 700 of whom were young people!

The feedback from so many young people across our municipality has been phenomenal and we are so appreciative of your input!
