🌟 GBEDC Member Spotlight – Alex Prideaux 🌟

Meet Alex Prideaux, Committee Member of the Gawler Business & Economic Development Committee (GBEDC).

A proud Gawler resident, small business owner, local volunteer and father, Alex is passionate about helping Gawler continue to grow as a premier destination for business, lifestyle and recreation. He sees exciting opportunities for the town's future, from strengthening the hospitality and night-time economy to supporting the industries that already draw people to the region.

With more than 11 years of experience as a creative producer specialising in video content marketing, Alex has worked with major organisations including SA Power Networks and University of South Australia, as well as local governments across South Australia.

Alex brings a valuable mix of business knowledge, marketing expertise and creative thinking to the Committee. Through his involvement with community groups, including the Gawler Cinema, he has developed a strong ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, encourage constructive conversations and identify opportunities that can help deliver positive outcomes for the Gawler community.
