Today, students from across the College in Years 6 represented the school at the Northern District Soccer Championships held at Myers Reserve.

It was a fantastic day of competition, with the team showing great skill, determination and teamwork throughout the tournament. After playing four hard-fought matches, they earned a well-deserved place in the Grand Final.

Despite a courageous performance, the team narrowly went down 1–0 in the final. They should be incredibly proud of their efforts, particularly as they competed strongly against some much larger opponents throughout the day.

Congratulations to all students involved for the way they represented the College. Their sportsmanship, resilience and commitment were outstanding, and they were wonderful ambassadors for our school. βš½πŸ‘πŸ†

The Short Black Opera program is a powerful initiative that empowers First Nations children through singing, songwriting, visual arts, and storytelling.

Students came together to share stories, deepen their understanding of cultural history, explore their creativity, and learn new songs in a supportive and inspiring environment. The program was led by the incredible Deborah Cheetham, whose passion, leadership, and dedication provided students with a truly memorable experience and an outstanding role model to learn from.

We are proud to share just a few photos from this wonderful opportunity, celebrating culture, connection, creativity, and the voices of our young people.

Twenty-three students from Years 9 and 10 proudly represented our school at the State Volleyball Schools Cup held at the State Volleyball Centre in Dandenong last week.
Over three action-packed days filled with 5:30am starts and long hours of competition, our students displayed outstanding determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship while competing against schools from across the state.
A special congratulations goes to our Year 10 boys team, who achieved an impressive Bronze Medal finish β€” a fantastic reward for their hard work and commitment.
We are incredibly proud of all students for the way they represented our school both on and off the court, proving themselves to be excellent ambassadors for our community. A huge thank you also goes to the dedicated staff who supported and accompanied the teams throughout the event. Well done to everyone involved!
