Im the office person at TCA Partners.

I just wanted to share one of the many things I love about this wonderful little company I get to work for.

Support.

I am so lucky to have employers who are supportive.

I came across a post by a young lass asking for donations of fruit to help make jams and marmalade's, so that kids who might miss out on breakfast each morning can have something when they get to school.
LOVED IT. How could you not be a part of this?

So today my awesome employers, once again, supported me with donating about 70kgs of oranges. The back of my car is packed.

Last year they helped me to sponsor a little netball club.
They donate to the "Give where you live Foundation" in Geelong.
And each year for Christmas they are part of the Adopt a family appeal.
They have allowed me time off work to go and help save horses and take them to new homes.
Plus many other donations and things each year.

They have been absolutely amazing on my personal journey towards becoming a foster carer.
This would never have been possible without their help, support and understanding. During the entire process and up to now when taking on my first little human needing a home.

If you are ever fortunate enough to find yourself working for a small local business, I really hope you are as lucky as myself and get employers like mine.
