Tomorrow (Monday 24th August) is our next Chatty Cafe. If you feel like coming for a cuppa, some yummy treats & to catch up with some friendly people come down to the Centre about 10am. Donation of $5 for cuppa & cake or $2 for a cuppa. Everyone welcome!

Those who attended today’s Therapeutic Session (which included Stretching, Breathing, Relaxation & Visualisation) walked away feeling relaxed & have started to discover techniques to manage pain &/or feel better in themselves.

📢 Recycling Station Update!

Our community recycling station has moved to a new spot inside the Centre!

You can now find the collection bins near reception. We are still collecting the same everyday items to keep them out of landfill.

Next time you visit, feel free to drop off your:

🍼 Clean milk bottle tops
🍾 Metal bottle tops & corks
🕶️ Glasses
✉️ Stamps
🥫 Ring pulls

Please ensure all bottle tops are washed and dried before you bring them in.

GROW - Geelong Regional Orchid Workshop are holding their Annual Orchid Display & Sales Day this Saturday, 8th August, 9am - 4pm. It will be held at our Centre, 33 Mt Pleasant Rd, Belmont.
Entry is only $5 and as well as the opportunity to see the beautiful orchids cultivated by the members, there will also be a sales area and entry fee includes a relaxing coffee or tea and a tasty slice.
Come & enjoy yourself on Saturday.
