Our CGEN Team is working hard with their rehersals as they get ready to take the stage for the Creative Generations State Schools on Stage Spectacular in Brisbane in week 1 Term 3! They will perform 5 shows to a sold out Audience of 2000 people each show!

Our students will join with some students from Northview State School and Mackay North State High School to represent Mackay in the Massed Dance Category.

We are very proud of their dedication and commitment to their rehersals both at school and home and can't wait to see them shine on stage.

MACKTOWN SHOWDOWN!!!

Awesome visit from the Mackay Meteors & Meteorettes today as part of MACKTOWN SHOWDOWN! Some great skills on display with our students just coming away winners!

The Meteors and Meteorettes were even kind enough to stay back and sign autographs for our students.

Channel 7 made an appearance with our School Captain Theo being interviewed about the visit.

Get along to a Meteors and Meteorettes game this weekend- BEST LOCAL SPORT around!

Prep B were lucky to have a special visit from Oliver's Mum Dr Tiffany, who works two different Veterinary Jobs. Dr Tiffany consulted on our own Vet Clinic in our Classroom and she brought along a special client Sherbet the bird.

Prep B students were lucky enough to pat Sherbet and ask lots of questions about the type of work Dr Tiffany does as a Vet.

A special Thanks to Dr Tiffany for visiting our Prep B classroom and sharing your knowledge and experiences with us.
