3 Weeks ago we lost our beautiful son, brother Chance the day before his 27th Birthday. We are devastated but want to help make a positive impact on prescribed addictions by providing resources and an avenue to rehabilitate. After workplace accident Chance was prescribed medications for pain relief that are extremely addictive and despite reaching out for support we and Chance were unable to get the help he needed.
