About Us
Our Community Hubs are a place where the community can link to support, learning opportunities, workshops and events. FSG Community Hubs bring local information and services spanning education, health, entertainment and community into a familiar and friendly place.
FSG’s Palm Beach Hub is part of FSG’s Mental Health Services Gold Coast Programs. Our aim is to assist people to achieve and sustain connectedness in their chosen community. This program focuses on providing individualised, flexible and holistic services to assist carers and families to improve their relationships with the person to whom they provide support.
We believe all things are possible and we encourage people to dream big, set goals and take one little step at a time.
Many of our groups are open for the community to enjoy including yoga, Art and Crafts, Monthly men’s and women’s groups & Men’s Shed.
