How wonderful is this 💙💛

CWA of NSW has approved a donation of $55,000 from our International Fund to support communities affected by the devastating floods in Nepal.

This comprises $5,000 to RUWON Nepal, a grassroots organisation with which CWA of NSW has an existing relationship, and $50,000 to the Emergency Action Alliance Nepal Flood Disaster Appeal which brings together established Australian humanitarian organisations and their local partners to provide coordinated emergency and recovery assistance.

This ANZAC Day, members of CWA Googong took part in a meaningful dawn service at Googong, laying a wreath in remembrance of those who have served and sacrificed for our country.

It was a special moment of reflection, connection, and gratitude as our community came together to honour the ANZAC spirit.

A heartfelt thank you to our member Hayley for her assistance in placing the wreath. Your support helped make the tribute even more meaningful.
