๐Ÿ˜๏ธ Council has resolved to extend an incentive that waives building application fees as well as applicable water connection, plumbing and drainage fees for new residential dwellings - including rural properties.
๐Ÿ—“๏ธ The waiver applies to eligible building applications lodged before 30 June 2027.
๐Ÿฆบ Council is doing everything we can to reduce the cost of building residential homes in our region.
๐Ÿ—๏ธ The initiative aims to stimulate new housing construction and ease local housing pressures.

For the last week of Queensland Small Business Month, we're delighted to be joined by The Hon Steve Minnikin, Minister for Customer Services and Open Data and Minister for Small and Family Business. Minister Minnikin will share insights into supporting small businesses to strengthen their cyber security and build resilience.
