Puppy Yoga on Friday night was such a lovely session 🐶🧘‍♀️

Our young people got to slow down, stretch, have a cuddle with some very cute puppies and enjoy a calm and relaxing end to the week. It was great to see so many smiles in the room and everyone getting into the Puppy Yoga spirit.

A big thank you to Puppy Yoga | Doga Sydney | Paws for Wellness for bringing the puppies along and creating such a fun and memorable experience for our young people 💛
