MELTON LEVEL CROSSING REMOVAL — JOB COMPLETE
What an effort from the Carey Civil Contractors team over the past three weeks.
For close to three weeks, 24/7, our crews worked around the clock delivering major rail and road infrastructure works as part of the Melton Level Crossing Removal Project.
Our scope included:
• Major bulk earthworks
• Ground remediation
• Drainage
• Electrical and communications conduits
• Pavement construction and build-up
• Asphalt and concrete works
• Kerb and footpath construction
• All delivered under our contract and within a demanding program
The result — the works were completed on time, on budget and, most importantly, safely, with zero incidents or injuries.
A massive thank you to our client NWPA for the trust and support throughout the project, and to all of our valued subcontractors who worked alongside us to deliver the result.
But most importantly, a huge thank you to the men and women of our team.
Working 24/7 for close to three weeks takes an enormous amount of commitment, teamwork and determination. Our people continually stepped up, worked long hours and delivered when it mattered.
