At BBP, we love a good news story, and what better one than your local bakery.

We're spotlighting a BBP member, Bakerie, a Gordon bakery that's cut waste and boosted profits with a simple solution: strategic baking schedules based on tracking sales patterns and waste data.

Whether using a Point of Sale (POS) system or manual tracking methods, recording daily sales and waste helps predict exactly how much to bake each day. The result? Less waste, better efficiency, and improved profitability.

It's a great example of how tracking the right data helps small businesses work smarter while doing good for the planet. Give Bakerie a follow and show your support for small businesses.

Ready to reduce waste and improve efficiencies in your business? Check out our free online resources, and if you would like more information, get in touch with our team for a food waste review.
