Happy World Bicycle Day!πŸš΄β€β™€οΈWith so many benefits, it's not surprise that the World Health Organization (WHO) actively promotes cycling for the value it brings to our health, our environment, and our community. Another big plus is bike riding is a low-impact activity, making it ideal for older adults. Great for heart health, strength, mobility, the list goes on! Looking for inspiration to get started? This Friday, 22nd May is National Walk Safely to School Day!
Research shows children who are active before school are more focused, more productive and perform better in the classroom. Not only that, but it's a great opportunity to start building lifelong healthy habits, connect with family and community, and create safer, less congested streets around our schools. Find out more below! https://www.walk.com.au/WSTSD/
