🚨 AusAlert National Test

The Australian Government will test AusAlert across Australia on Monday 27 July 2026 at about 2pm AEST.

AusAlert is a new national warning system that sends emergency messages to compatible mobile phones, tablets and smart watches.

During the test, compatible devices will vibrate, play a loud siren-like sound for about 10 seconds and show a message confirming it is only a test. The alert may sound even if your device is on silent or do not disturb.

You do not need to do anything after the test alert.

🚗 If you are driving or riding, stay calm and do not touch your device. Check the message only when you have stopped and it is safe and legal.

⚠️ If receiving the alert could put your safety at risk, including by revealing a hidden safety device, turn the device off or switch it to aeroplane mode at least one hour before the test and keep it that way for 24 hours.

Please share this information with anyone who may need to prepare for the test.

This NAIDOC Week, the Pacific Link Housing community joins in celebrating 50 years of culture, strength, pride and achievement.

The 2026 theme, 50 Years of Deadly, honours the Elders, leaders, artists, organisers and communities who have shaped NAIDOC over five decades. It also celebrates the strength of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today and the generations carrying culture, language and stories forward.

We take this week to listen, learn and celebrate the world’s oldest continuing cultures. 💛❤️🖤

🕓 Please note: From Wednesday 1 July 2026, our office hours will change to 9.00 am - 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

You can still contact us during office hours by phone or email as usual. If you need to visit our office, we recommend calling ahead so we can make sure the right staff member is available to help.

For tenants, our after-hours emergency repairs service remains unchanged.

🌟 Community generosity at its best! 🌟 Pacific Link Housing thanks the businesses, community organisations and individuals who supported our 2025 Christmas Giving Program. Your generosity helped create a brighter festive season for our tenants.

Thanks to this collective effort, we held our first Christmas Giveaway Prize Draw, with 20 households receiving a special prize donated by our supporters. We also provided gifts to more than 130 households with children aged 10 and under, helping bring extra joy during the festive season.

Starting at 5.30pm from Coles Toukley Carpark, this walk will lead us to The
Ary Toukley, where there will be voices of strength and unity, and live
entertainment.

GOSFORD
Wednesday December 10th.
Starting at 10am from Coast Shelter, 346 Mann St Gosford, to Kibble Park where there will be powerful speeches and live entertainment.
