Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish — it’s essential.

In Experience 6, we’re taking a closer look at what self-care really means for men — physically, mentally and emotionally — and the everyday habits that can either support or undermine our wellbeing.

This session is about realistic change, not overhauling your life. We’ll explore what gets in the way, what actually matters, and how small, consistent habits can make a big difference over time.

Through guided reflection, honest conversation and practical exercises, you’ll have the chance to:

✔️ Reflect on how you’re currently looking after yourself
✔️ Identify habits that are helping — or holding you back
✔️ Understand what gets in the way of making changes
