Tonight, the Greenbank Rural Fire Brigade responded to assist our colleagues from the Urban Fire Service with a stallion stuck in mud at Eagleby.

Working together under challenging conditions and late-night lighting, the teams carefully freed the horse after a coordinated effort. The stallion was safely rescued and is now back on solid ground, doing well.

A huge thanks to everyone involved — teamwork between rural and urban services once again made the difference in achieving a great outcome
