CHRISTMAS LIGHTS COMPETITION WINNERS!
Firstly, well done to everyone who took the time to decorate their house with festive lights and ornaments! They all looked great and we were very impressed.

There can only be three prize winners though, so here goes:
1st prize: 9 River Rose Street
Runner ups: 13 Scarlet Drive and 23 Oak Leaf

Congratulations to the winners, and thanks to everyone for participating! The photos don't really do justice to the winners so make sure you go for a drive one night soon and check out all the wonderfully decorated houses!

Hi everyone, we would like to give you an update on the cleaning of our roads. The responsibility for cleaning mud from the roads lies with the Civil Contractor or Builder responsible. Having said that, it is easy to identify when an individual Civil Contractor has caused the problem compared to a street full of Builders. The roads at Greenvale Gardens have been handed over to Council, so ultimately the roads are their asset to maintain.

However, because we care for Greenvale Gardens we took the responsibility and arranged for the roads to be cleaned last Friday and again on Monday. We have also spoken to Council and asked that they send their street sweeper too. We are waiting for confirmation, but it looks likely they will send their sweeper out today.

Kind Regards, The Greenvale Gardens Team
