Situated near the township of Gumeracha,
in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. We are only 45 minutes from the City and 15
minutes from the beautiful wine growing
region of the Barossa Valley. We are a significant Cherry grower, boasting around 220,000 cherry trees. We have one of the largest packing facilities in the state. We offer shed door sales, however we do not allow people to pick their own. We export into Asia and the Middle East.

The orchard is slowly turning white. 🌸

What starts as just a few delicate flowers will, over the next few weeks, become a spectacular blanket of blossom across the rows.

We’re only at the beginning, but already there’s a beautiful change happening in the orchard. 🤍

Our native bees have already made an appearance, with our bee hives still to come 🐝

🌸🍒 THE FIRST CHERRY FLOWERS ARE HERE! 🍒🌸

It’s officially happening — our first cherry flowers of the season have arrived! 🌸

And who better to make sure everything is on track than our Chief Flower Checker? 👀🍒

He’s been out in the orchard today inspecting the blossoms for himself and keeping a very close eye on the progress. 😂

Spring is officially starting to show its colours here at Torrens Valley Orchards, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch the orchard come to life! 🌿🌸

The countdown to cherry season is on… 🍒❤️

Meet Ethan !

From little trees to producing beautiful cherries — and from a small boy to one of the faces behind the orchard. 🍒🌳

Ethan has grown up alongside these trees, watching the orchard change and grow every season.

In the harvest season you’ll find him helping out in the office, shed door and running the grading machines in the shed 🍒

Come for a walk with me to see our Tioga buds! 🍒🌸

Our Tioga cherries are beginning to wake up, with bud swell and bud break now underway! 🌱 These are one of our first varieties to produce flowers, and if all goes to plan, we should start seeing beautiful cherry blossom in around 3–5 weeks. 🌸

Spring is on its way! 🍒✨

🌱 A brand new block of cherry trees in Barmera! 🍒

It takes patience to grow great cherries, these young trees will need a few years before we start seeing their first fruit. For now, we’re watching them grow, knowing the cherries will be worth the wait. 🍒🌳
