Gunbalanya Sports and Social Club

We are a community-run club in Gunbalanya, governed by a committee primarily made up of local people. The club is set in a beautiful tropical garden. We are open for two and a half hours, four days a week. Our liquor licence allows us to sell mid-strength & light beers. We also sell pies, chips, ice, chocolates & soft drinks. Each night, of trading, we provide a free barbecue for our patrons.

We have five motel rooms, as well as five dongah style rooms. All are self contained. We have cooking facilities in each room including a toaster, jug, microwave oven, electric frypan & rice cookers. Crockery, cutlery & cookware is supplied. There is a barbecue outside the rooms.Beds are made up with all linen. The motel rooms have a fantastic view across our floodplain. The bed configuration varies from one single bed to one queen & a single in the rooms. Prices vary depending on the room & number of guests. Rooms are serviced if guests are staying longer than a week.
