Budgewoi Public School Budgewoi Public School is deeply committed to achieving educational excellence in a supportive environment with high expectations.

Budgewoi Public school is on the northern end of the Central Coast of NSW and offers opportunities for every student to achieve. Students enjoy unique experiences that challenge and extend their learning across an extensive curriculum. Creative and performing arts programs feature a number of dance, guitar, juggling, unicycle, singing and drama groups. Each classroom has an interactive whiteboard

allowing students to connect the classroom to the world through the internet. Our whole school wireless laptop program, well equipped computer laboratory and an extensive network of classroom computers enable our students to be at the forefront of modern technology. The school has strong social enrichment and student management programs. As a Positive Behaviour for Learning school (PBL) students aim to "Be the Best We Can Be". At Budgewoi Public school students are Safe, Respectful Learners. The school also has 4 regional Special Education classes and offers flexible programs tailored to the individual student to provide learning and life skills. Page Guidelines

Join us as we celebrate Public Education Week and this year's theme, Inspiring Excellence. 💙

We warmly invite our families and community members to visit Budgewoi Public School on Wednesday, 5th August and experience the wonderful learning, creativity and achievements of our students.

⚽💙Stage 3 Soccer!💙⚽
The Stage 3 boys’ and girls’ soccer teams attended a gala day on Thursday where they represented the school with pride, enthusiasm and excellent sportsmanship. Throughout the day, students participated in a series of matches against Mannering Park and Toukley.

The boys dominated possession in their opening match, keeping play largely in their opponents’ half. After a hard-fought draw, the game went to extra time and then a penalty shootout, where they were narrowly defeated.

The girls delivered an outstanding performance, winning both of their matches to remain undefeated for the day. Their success has secured them a place in the third round, which will be played at a later date.

🦁🐒 Sydney Zoo Adventures! 🐘🦓

Our Year 3 and 4 students had an unforgettable time visiting Sydney Zoo earlier this week! From getting up close to incredible animals to learning about habitats, conservation and wildlife from around the world, it was a day full of excitement, curiosity and hands-on learning. 🌏✨

Students represented Budgewoi PS beautifully throughout the excursion, showing wonderful behaviour, enthusiasm and teamwork. It was fantastic to see so many smiling faces enjoying this amazing experience together. 💙

A big thank you to our staff and the Sydney Zoo staff who helped make the day such a success. We hope everyone enjoys this special video showcasing some of the highlights from the trip! 🎥
