We're proud to share that Compliance Services Australia has achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification. ⭐

It's the result of a 12-month process and a team effort across our administration, service delivery, and technician teams, who all helped review, document, and strengthen the way we work. 📝

ISO 9001 is the world's most recognised quality management standard. For our clients, it means greater consistency across every inspection and service visit, stronger accountability through documented processes, and a system built for continuous improvement, all independently verified.

We pursued this certification to formalise and strengthen the standards we already hold ourselves to.

The process was led by Aiden Taylor, Head of Business Development & Innovation, with the support of our wider management and admin team. We would also like to thank Southpac Certifications for a thorough and professional audit process.

✅ Project Spotlight - NDIS Housing Emergency & Exit Lighting

Compliance Services recently completed the Emergency & Exit lighting installation at a new-build NDIS property - one that will soon provide a home for people living with disabilities.

For this project, we specified self-testing Clevertronics CleverTest fittings - eliminating lighting interruptions and keeping 6-monthly discharge testing efficient and minimally disruptive on site.

This was one of several scopes we delivered across the build, alongside fire equipment fitout and evacuation diagrams - a great example of CSA's end-to-end capability on specialist projects.

🔥 Project Spotlight - Evacuation Diagrams at Halcyon Horizon

Recently, Compliance Services completed a project at Halcyon Horizon - an over 55s resort-style retirement living precinct developed by Stockland. CSA designed and installed compliant Evacuation Diagrams for the new Clubhouse facility🏨

This retirement living development features resort-style amenities such as a pool, gym, sauna, cinema and golf simulator.

Our team worked closely with building management to ensure each diagram accurately reflected:
✅ Current floor layouts and exits
✅ Fire safety equipment locations
✅ Assembly areas and evacuation procedures
✅ Compliance with relevant Australian Standards and regulatory requirements

🔥 Project Spotlight - Fire Indicator Panel Replacement 🔧

Compliance Services recently completed the replacement of an outdated and unsupported Notifier AFP-2800 Fire Indicator Panel with a new Notifier AFP-3030, including amplifier and ASE connection.

This new device will provide many years of reliable fire and smoke detection capability to the building with a long service life. 👏

🔥 Project Spotlight - Fire Door Installs & Repairs 🔧

Recently, the team at Compliance Services completed a fire & smoke door repair and installation project at Nexia Aged Care in New Gisborne.

As part of the works, our technicians:
✔ Repaired four existing single fire doors to restore them to compliant condition
✔ Installed four new double fire door sets in key hallway locations throughout the facility

Fire doors play a critical role in compartmentation, helping to slow the spread of fire and smoke and protect occupants during an emergency. In environments like aged care facilities, ensuring these systems are fully compliant and operational is especially important.

Our team worked closely with site management to complete the works efficiently while minimising disruption to residents and staff. 👏
