This SUNDAY is the AGM for the Hamley Bridge Swimming Pool fundraising and events committee.

With the swimming season at an end and the pools closed down for winter, all the hard work to prepare for the next season begins! While the committee are no longer running the swimming pool, they are a vital part of keeping it running, improving the grounds and activating the facility through social events.

The executive members are stepping down and away from the committee as they have given years of service to our swimming pool and community. This opens up exciting opportunities for other community members to step into these roles, bringing with them new and fresh perspectives to continue the family friendly atmosphere the current committee have strived to provide.

If you would like to part of an amazing and supportive group of volunteers with these values, please attend the AGM.

🌊 Watch Around Water! 🏊‍♀️

Keeping our community safe is our top priority. Please remember:

✅ All children under 5 years must be actively supervised and within arm’s reach of a parent/guardian (16+), supervising no more than 4 children under 10.
✅ All children under 13 years must be actively supervised at all times by a parent/guardian (16+), supervising no more than 4 children under 10.
✅ Kids 13 years and over may enter without a parent/guardian but must show photo ID if asked.

💡 If you’re a weak or non-swimmer, please let us know upon entry so we can support you!

Our volunteers are ready to go. Come and sign up to the games. Games start at 3.30pm.

Various dry activies available as well.

Sausage sizzle serving at 4.30pm. $3 for a sausage (onion optional, tomato and bbq sauces available).

🌞💦 Pool Season is Here! 💦🌞

🏊‍♂️ Time to grab your bathers, dust off those goggles, and pack your sunscreen & towel — our pool season has officially kicked off!

Lap Swimming ⏰ 6am – 8am, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (all weather)

General Swimming: (Open if Roseworthy’s forecast is 25°C+ at 5pm the day before)
Weekday afternoons: 4pm – 6pm
Weekends: 2pm – 6pm

Reciprocal Rights 🤝 Owen & Hamley Bridge Pool members can enjoy Balaklava Pool during normal hours — and vice versa!
