📺 THE FUNKY FARM ON CHANNEL 10! 🐨🐊🦘
Well… this was pretty bloody cool!

Last weekend we had the privilege of featuring on Channel 10’s What’s Up Down Under, giving Australia a little look inside The Funky Farm and showing exactly what makes this place so different.

From getting up close with some of Australia’s most incredible wildlife, to stepping inside their world rather than simply viewing it from the other side of a fence — this is what we’re all about.

We’re incredibly proud of what our little team has built here on the Mornington Peninsula, so seeing The Funky Farm showcased on national television was a pretty special moment.

It’s not Friday!!!!!!!!!
But apparently we’re still allowed to disconnect. 🇦🇺
Unfortunately, some of our native wildlife didn’t get that option.
Koalas. Dingoes. Kangaroos. Wallabies. Native birds. Crocs.
Different states. Different governments. Different reasons.
But surely there comes a point where we have to ask:
When did killing native wildlife become easier than finding a better solution?
Anyway, as Albo says…

Six months ago, this was just an idea… 🐍🌿
We started in February with an empty space, a crazy vision and zero government funding.
No multi-million-dollar budget. 🐘
No six-figure master plan.
Just an incredible bunch of people and businesses who backed us, donated materials, shared their expertise and rolled up their sleeves.
And somehow… we turned THIS into THIS. 🤯
Built for the animals first — and designed so you can step right into their world.
To everyone who helped make this happen this one belongs to you too. ❤️

Week 10 of our 12 week pathways program Mornington Peninsula wildlife
Over the past 10 weeks we have been working with reptiles, dingos, birds, ponies, kangaroos and of course tools as we build different projects for the animals.
