Toy of the week - LEGO! It enhances fine motor skills, spatial awareness, and problem solving abilities. Furthermore, it fosters creativity and teaches perseverance when a build doesn’t go as planned. Let's face it, it's fun for parents too. You're never too old for Lego 😊
This and many other toys available to borrow tomorrow 10.15am-11.30am

A huge congratulations to our very own Jo Bracken on receiving a well deserved volunteer award over the weekend in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the Healesville community through Healesville Connect.

Jo's dedication to our community extends far beyond this incredible achievement. She played a key role in restarting the Healesville Toy Library and continues to generously give her time as our Treasurer and committee member.

Her commitment, kindness, and tireless efforts have made a lasting impact on so many people, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she does. We are so proud to have Jo as part of our Toy Library family and congratulate her on this well earned recognition.

Congratulations to founder of Healesville Connect, Joanne Bracken, on receiving a Casey Community Award today!

Toy of the week - Geodesic structures kit.
Did you know geodesic structure toys are not only fun, but fantastic for children’s development too?

This STEM toy encourages problem solving, creativity and teamwork while also helping develop fine motor skills and spatial awareness. Kids love experimenting with different shapes and designs, learning through play without even realising it.

These open ended toys grow with your child too from simple builds for younger children to more complex creations for older kids. Whether they’re building domes, tunnels, rockets or their own imaginative masterpiece, every play session is a chance to learn, explore and create.

Borrow this and many more great toys this Saturday 10.15am-11.30am

Well this came around sooner than we were expecting, one whole year of our little toy library being open to the Healesville community and surrounds.
Please join us TOMORROW for a little celebration with cake and bubbles (literal bubbles - you need to come to our committee meetings for 🍾)
Thank you to our welcoming and supportive community - we run completely from the help of volunteers and greatly appreciate all the helping hands we have.
See you tomorrow!
