This week is the 15th Anniversary of the Clean Care is Safer Care program - CleanHandsSaveLives.org and today marks Global Hand Washing Day.
This program was the beginning of the global hand hygiene movement, is one of the most successful World Health Organization (WHO) campaigns, Save Lives: Clean Your Hands, and is where the principles of Hand Hygiene Australia were built from.

As we face the COVID pandemic, it is now more than ever that the world understands how important hand hygiene is in protecting patient lives, and the health and safety of our loved ones and our community.
