In recognition of International Women’s Day, we are highlighting the women who contribute to NT Fire and Emergency Services across a range of roles. 👩‍🚒

Stephanie King has volunteered with the Virginia Bees Creek Fire Brigade since 2017, responding to call outs, taking part in regular brigade training and supporting new members as they build their skills.

For Steph, engaging with the community outside emergency situations is especially meaningful, allowing for positive, relaxed interactions and helping strengthen trust before incidents occur. 🚒

This International Women’s Day, we are highlighting the trailblazing work of women across NTFES and the impact they have throughout the organisation and the communities they serve. ✨

Due to Koolpinyah Unit training at Humpty doo station this weekend permits to burn will be issued at Humpty doo Fire Station between 9 and 11 instead of Koolinyah Volunteer station. Please come to the back gate (rather than than the Police entrance).

Santa 🎅 will be heading off from Koolpinyah Volunteer Fire Brigade 🚒 at midday 🕛 and winding his way with helpers 👨‍🚒 in tow through our response zone.
Last stop Humpty doo Golf Club ⛳ at 6pm 🕕.
