REVIEW Lovely to see you and Mary this morning, Shelley, and we appreciate the kind gesture of flowers. Mary was quite bright and interested I thought, and it was nice to see her photos. Please do feel free to come again anytime, and with Peter if he would like. All the best, Lesley.😊

My Mum Judy
has dementia, heart failure, incontinence and often needs a wheelchair. I employed Shelley in 2019 as she is experienced in dementia care and assists me to look after Mum as I don’t trust the current aged care system. Mum looks forward to her visits as Shelley’s bright and energetic personality always lift Mum’s spirits. They colour, listen to music, sing, tend a small flower garden, play puzzles and share stories over cups of tea. Shelley also gives me reports on Mum after each visit and alerts me to any possible issues I need to be aware of. I would highly recommend Shelley to any family seeking extra social support for their loved one, living at home or in an aged care facility. Comino

Shelley has been a wonderful support to my father and my family. He lives at a nursing home in Ipswich and gets very lonely. Shelley takes him for walks outside in his wheelchair and happily chats with him about a wide variety of topics which interest him over a cup of coffee. If I am unable to take my mother to visit my father, Shelley does this for me. She lets me know if he is running low on personal items, if he has injured himself or is having a bad day. My father has Parkinson’s disease. Shelley has been a God-send as Dad loves the company and I get some much needed respite knowing several caring eyes are on him when mine can‘t be. Comino

Shelley has been a a godsend to provide support for Mary and has readily engaged her to support her navigate her way through her days in which poor memory had previously caused Mary great distress . Mary's family have felt very supported by Shelley's honest and caring support for their mother and grandmother in times when they have not been able to spend time to support her themselves . They have found her to be very approachable and forthright and her care specifically individualised to support Mary's independence. I would thoroughly recommend her to provide support for those families who are looking to support their loved ones with cognition impairment . Jillian Foot

Shelley has been very supportive to my 99 year old mother and to myself. Always very kind and caring, Shelley engages my mother in the activities that interest her such as word search, music and colouring in and is sensitive to her needs. Linda Ernest
