Hello Everyone,
Well, it's that time of the year again when we let you all know that the AGM is about to happen for The Jervois Hall at Jervois.

The date for it will be Wednesday the 12th of August 2026 at 6pm at Jervois Hall.

Membership is also due for those that wish to vote at the AGM. There will be forms on the night to fill in and money can be paid before the meeting starts. The fee is $5.oo

The agenda that will mainly be discussed will be the amendment of 1 part of the constitution, Section 9 The Quorum. As we are such a small committee and getting people to join is hard, we would like to go from 7 members to hold a meeting to 5 members. We feel this is much more achievable.

We appreciate that everyone has busy lives but please consider coming along to the AGM and supporting the Hall by becoming a member or helping out on the committee.
