Today is a day to say thankyou to our dedicated volunteers who turn out at all hours of the day or night to callouts each year, from storm damage to land search and everything in between! All in the name of helping our community when they need it the most ⛑⛑

Last week, our team joined forces with St John WA and their incredible Special Operations Paramedics for a complex multi‑casualty training exercise.

Working side‑by‑side, our crews located, treated, and safely extricated our “casualties,” Dustin and Cliff, from the simulated accident site and transported them to the awaiting ambulance below!🚑

These scenarios help us stay sharp, coordinated, and ready for when the community needs us most. 🚨

Whilst we haven't been actively training over the holiday period, our members have been busy attending a whole range of operations!

Weve been busy assisting with bushfire support, search & Rescue operations, storm damage response and community events ⛑️🚨

Our crew were out in force assisting the Lions Club of Duncraig with their 2026 Australia Day Big Breakfast!

That is a wrap -Lions Australia Day Big Breakfast 2026. By tradition at the end of the event we have the Oranges and Lemons photo. A Big Shout Out to the Wanneroo Joondalup State Emergency Service your help setting up and taking down the marquees, and for the help in so many ways during the event. The kids enjoyed the visits to the truck. Well Done, and please come again in 2027. 🥰🥰🥰
