Kangarilla Country Fire Service

Kangarilla Country Fire Service is a local volunteer brigade committed to providing the community with support and services in emergencies.

Since 1940 the Kangarilla CFS brigade has been providing support and emergency services to the local community. The brigade responds to a variety of incidents including bushfires, domestic fires, motor vehicle accidents, floods, storm damage, search and rescue and a multitude of other situations. The brigade trains on Monday nights at 7:30pm at the Kangarilla fire station. If you have any question

❤️ Happy Father’s Day! 👨‍🚒

Today we celebrated all the dads, and father figures that make up our CFS family and our wonderful community.

Thank you for your support, strength and the countless ways you all help to keep our brigade running and our community safe.

AGM Announcement:

At our recent AGM, Kate Record stood down from her position as Lieutenant with Kangarilla CFS.

We would like to send Kate a huge thank you for her dedication, commitment and leadership within the brigade. Anyone who has had the pleasure of working alongside Kate would know that she has always led with dignity, respect and a very high level of professionalism. Throughout her leadership roles, Kate has consistently placed the safety and wellbeing of her crew and our community at the forefront of everything she does.

Kate’s decision is not one she has made lightly and comes as she embarks on many new adventures and exciting additions in her personal life. We are so thrilled that Kate will continue to be a part of our CFS family, and we look forward to celebrating with her and watching the next chapter of her life unfold.

It’s that time of year again 🍫

Good Friday we will be on our annual Easter Egg Drive. We will do a lap of the Kangarilla Football Oval and will then head to Spring Avenue to share some Easter eggs with everyone on the side of the road.

Tell your family and friends so the can come and join you as you pop down to either the oval or Spring Avenue to help us share in some Easter fun.
